🚨 BIG NEWS   Lhyfe and global industrial gases company Messer SE & Co. KGaA have reached a major milestone! A 10-year renewable hydrogen supply agreement and Messer SE & Co. KGaA's acquisition of a 30% stake in four renewable hydrogen production sites developed and operated by Lhyfe.   We are proud to announce a landmark commercial, industrial and financial partnership that strengthens Lhyfe's revenue visibility and further consolidates its position as one of the key players in the renewable hydrogen sector.   This strategic agreement is built on three pillars: ➡️ A 10-year renewable hydrogen supply agreement starting in 2026, with the potential to purchase up to 50% of the production from the three French sites. ➡️ Messer SE & Co. KGaA is acquiring a 30% stake in four of Lhyfe's production sites in France and Germany, recognising the quality of these assets and the value created by Lhyfe . ➡️ Lhyfe's first capital rotation transaction, demonstrating our ability to develop, finance, build, operate and monetise renewable hydrogen production assets while strengthening our financial position.   Beyond the confidence it demonstrates in the quality of our assets and expertise, this partnership is a significant milestone for Lhyfe. It strengthens our revenue visibility, validates our asset development model and confirms our ability to create long-term value from renewable hydrogen production assets.   With more than 125 years of expertise in industrial gases, Messer SE & Co. KGaA becomes not only a long-term customer, but also a key industrial partner and investor in our assets.   Together, we are accelerating the decarbonisation of European industry and helping make renewable hydrogen a cornerstone of tomorrow's energy mix.   A huge thank you to the teams at Lhyfe and Messer SE & Co. KGaA who made this partnership possible. 👉 Read the press release: https://lnkd.in/eM4BTFzS Matthieu Guesné Nolwenn Belléguic Maria Pardo Saleme Taia Kronborg Olivier Magaud Jean-Pascal P. Maud A.
