Thank you to everyone who joined us for a wonderful Pride in Action Insight Day this week, in collaboration with GROW Mentoring. After introductions to both GROW Mentoring from Ailsa Inglis, and to Lewis SilkOut from Lowri Williams, attendees were treated to a panel discussion about being LGBTQ+ in the legal industry including the importance of allyship, community, and lots more. Huge thanks go to Alessandro De Arcangelis, Samuel Gibb, Jen Kingsmill and Ella Skinner for sharing their experiences candidly, and with such warmth and humour. Finally we were joined by Tiff Wiltsher for a breakdown of our early careers opportunities, followed by a networking session with our panel and more members of Lewis SilkOut.
