WRAP is hiring a Specialist - Resource Management (Maternity Cover) to support its mission of accelerating the circular economy across Wales. Based in Cardiff (or home-based in North Wales), this role sits within the Collaborative Change Programme, working closely with local authorities to develop and improve recycling and waste strategies in line with Welsh Government’s Beyond Recycling ambitions. The successful candidate will: - Lead and deliver projects with councils across Wales - Provide technical and policy advice on recycling and waste systems - Engage senior stakeholders to drive meaningful change WRAP is looking for someone with strong knowledge of waste collection, sorting and treatment systems, alongside an understanding of local authority decision-making and Welsh policy.
