We've all heard it. Probably said it without thinking. Something goes wrong and somehow a woman ends up taking the blame. In films. In relationships. In boardrooms. In history. It's so common it barely registers anymore. That's exactly the problem. This Women's Day, Tata Capital asked us to do something meaningful. Not a campaign that just celebrated women for a day but one that made people stop and actually think. So we made a musical film. With Grammy-nominated composer Raghav Mehta about a bias so deeply woven into our culture that most of us don't even notice it anymore. Once you hear it you really can't unhear it. The conversation went far beyond the film. Creators, influencers, everyday people started talking. Because the pattern was suddenly impossible to ignore.
