Interesting findings from Minghua Tang and her group including Krebs Nancy, Carina Venter Gabrielle (Gabby) Glime- Daniels Fund Alumni MS, CLC and Kinzie Matzeller, MS, RDN, CLC at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus who studied the effects of blueberries as a complementary first food for infants. Results published in Nutrients https://lnkd.in/gginSVfg and Frontiers in Nutrition https://lnkd.in/gT876tGM suggest that blueberries can improve immunity and gut health in infants.
