As America marks its 250th, we asked a few of the greats that are part of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs' community to look ahead, and also to speak to the role of Chicago and the midwest in the country and in the world. The midwest serves as an anchor for the country, and Chicago is one of the leading global cities.
