South African security management that almost nobody is talking about. The company you hire to protect your business is also the company responsible for reporting its own failures. Think about what that means in practice. When an incident occurs, the incident report is written by your provider. When guards are non-compliant, the compliance check is done by your provider. When billing doesn't match deployment, the reconciliation is done by your provider. There is no independent verification at any point in this chain. Under King IV, boards are directly accountable for the conduct and performance of their third-party vendors. That accountability cannot be delegated to the vendor themselves. Lephika RCOS exists to close that gap. We are an independent, remote governance layer — conducting PSIRA compliance audits, camera health verification, ghost guard detection, POS anomaly analysis, and CCMA-defensible evidentiary reporting for commercial clients across South Africa. We have no guards. No vendor contracts. No conflict. That independence is not a feature. It is the entire service. If your security governance framework relies on your provider to report on itself, you do not have governance. You have a hope. --- Lephika RCOS | Lephika Holdings | Soweto, Gauteng B-BBEE Level 1 · CIPC 2025/291622/07 #SecurityGovernance #KingIV #VendorOversight #SouthAfrica #RiskManagement #PSIRA #CorporateGovernance #LephikaRCOS
