#LeonardoBelgium has recently marked its 50th anniversary, a significant milestone reflecting five decades of expertise, dedication, and growth.   Since its establishment in 1976, it has become a trusted partner in helicopter maintenance, safety, logistics, and operational support across #Belgium, #France, the #UnitedKingdom, and #Europe. This achievement is a tribute to the generations of technicians, engineers, and professionals whose commitment has shaped its success.   In 2022, Leonardo Belgium expanded its footprint with the opening of a dedicated Cyber & Security centre in Brussels, reinforcing its support for strategic infrastructures, European institutions, and NATO through secure and advanced technological solutions.   Today, with four coordinated sites in Liège, Brussels, Paris-Le Bourget, and London Elstree, Leonardo Belgium continues its growth journey, employing more than 100 people.   To celebrate this important anniversary, on June 6 employees, families, friends, and guests were welcomed to the Liège facility for a unique behind-the-scenes experience. The event was further enriched by contributions from a distinguished panel of speakers, including: Ambassador of Italy to the Kingdom of Belgium Federica Favi, Italian Deputy Minister of Enterprises and Made in Italy Valentino Valentini, Vice-President and Walloon Minister of Economy, Industry, Employment, Training, Research and Digital Pierre-Pierre-Yves Jeholet, CEO of Liege Airport Laurent Jossart, President of Leonardo Belgium and Vice President Customer Support & Services of Leonardo Helicopters Francesco Bellardi, and Managing Director of Leonardo Belgium Riccardo Del Duca.   Here's to 50 years of excellence—and to the future ahead.
