IDV, a #Leonardo company, and the Esercito Italiano - Italian Army are taking part in the 1000 Miglia, the historic international motor race, united by passion, teamwork, and the spirit of one of Italy’s most iconic journeys. This year’s edition saw the participation of Leonardo Chief Executive Officer and General Manager Lorenzo Mariani, who joined the Chief of Staff of the Italian Army, Lieutenant General Carmine Masiello, for part of the route, sharing the experience alongside the historic convoy and reaffirming the strong partnership between industry and institutions in supporting Italy’s technological and industrial excellence. Throughout the race, #IDV’s specialised technicians aboard the MUV 4x4 are providing technical assistance and logistical support to the #ItalianArmy’s historic vehicles, across the country’s landscapes.
