Okay, this is cool. What would you do if you saw this on your restaurant menu?? Of course, the practical part of me is imagining the work required to maintain and clean these things... But the creativity is remarkable. Fortunately, this isn't a real restaurant menu. At least not yet. This is the work of Japanese miniature clay artist, Ika Miniature. You can find them on Instagram. But I had to share. I feel there is a wonderful lesson here about the power of presentation and the "small stuff" that makes a dining experience memorable. You don't have to get as fancy as miniatures on your menu, but there are always more avenues to explore when it comes to creativity in the kitchen. And the result is distinguishing you from the competition. What is the most creative or unexpected menu presentation you've ever encountered? Did it make you want to go back, or was it all flash and no sizzle? ā Discover how we blend technology and creativity to power modern kitchens: https://lnkd.in/gr_TrxHv And for more stories on industry innovation, join my LinkedIn newsletter: https://lnkd.in/g-fS_6JM
