🚀 Defence Hub CzechInvest: THIS IS BIG. 📢 First NATO DIANA technology tested in the Czech Republic!!! 🫡 Revolutionizing Infrastructure Maintenance: Canadian Firm Niricson Successfully Tests AI Diagnostics at LOM PRAHA s.p. Airport Přerov✈️🤖 🏆 A historic milestone for Czech dual use ecosystem! For the first time in the Czech Republic, TEVV (Test, Evaluation, Verification & Validation) testing has been conducted under the NATO DIANA Accelerator Czechia. Canadian technology company Niricson, a member of the Czech cohort of NATO DIANA 2026, chose the LOM PRAHA airport in Přerov for its "live" testing to demonstrate how artificial intelligence and advanced sensors are changing the game in runway condition assessment. How does it work in practice? ·        NGI System: A vehicle equipped with cameras and lighting maps the runway both day and night. ·        AUTOSPEX® AI Platform: Automatically identifies and quantifies defects on concrete surfaces. ·        Acoustic "Hammer" Sensor: Optionally detects hidden defects, such as delamination beneath the surface. The result is a comprehensive visual map of surface defects, allowing engineers to transition from reactive maintenance to effective planning and predictive maintenance. 🤝 Huge thank you to the visionary approach of Jiří Protiva, Director of LOM PRAHA s.p.. and Martin Janeček for pushing it through.
