Construction is underway at Elgin Towers in Carlton, Victoria, delivering much-needed social housing close to jobs, transport and essential services. On behalf of Homes Victoria, we're delivering 248 modern, safe and energy-efficient apartments, increasing the number of homes on the site by 26%. Minister for Housing, Nick Staikos visited site with Homes Victoria representatives and our Construction project leadership team, to mark this important milestone. Funded through the Australian Government's Social Housing Accelerator program, the development will also feature shared community spaces to support connection and wellbeing.
