Two weeks in Seattle. 30 leaders. One Magenta ambition 💗 The Magenta Exchange Program with T-Mobile was a rare opportunity to step out of the day-to-day and fully focus on learning, inspiration, collaboration and connection. For me personally one takeaway stood out clearly: Technology only creates real impact when it improves customer experience — and when people bring the passion, mindset and leadership to make it happen. 🔦 Technology as foundation for digitalization From 6G, T-Satellite and future network architectures to AI-driven operations: it became very tangible how strong, intelligent networks and technology platforms are the basis for the next phase of digitalization. 🔦 AI as accelerator for customer experience AI is no longer a side topic. It is becoming part of how we design journeys, serve customers, improve operations and enable people. For Customer Quality & Digitalization, this is highly relevant: simplifying interactions, making services smarter and creating experiences that feel seamless and human. 🔦 Customer obsession as leadership principle What impressed me most was not only the technology — but the mindset behind it. Speed, ownership, courage to test, willingness to learn, and a strong focus on what really matters for customers. This is where transformation becomes real. 🔦 People and trust as the real multiplier The open conversations, honest exchange and collaboration across the pond created ideas and connections that will last. Magenta Exchange is exactly about that: building bridges, breaking silos and turning “we should” into “we will.” A huge thank you to Henriette W. and Henry Nguyen who made these two weeks so valuable. But especially to my inspiring buddy Keith Noel Mercado for sharing and caring! This was more than an exchange program — it was a strong reminder of what becomes possible when we combine technology, leadership and customer obsession as one Magenta team.
