One thing that stood out while putting this new eBook together was how many surveyors said the same thing in different ways: “If I can capture all the details while I’m already on site, I don’t have to worry about what I might need later.” That could mean: • scanning while doing topo • checking something remotely instead of driving back • collecting extra data “just in case” in the same amount of time (or less) • combining workflows with one setup instead of multiple instruments There’s a really good example in here where a project team reduced reporting turnaround from 3 DAYS to 3 HOURS by changing their workflow.
