The report provides an overview of risk management and urban resilience fundamentals at the level of integrated neighbourhood concepts. It focuses especially on the Ukraine's wartime situation – criteria relevant to short-, mid-, and long-term urban recovery planning. These concepts are currently being implemented in partner cities in Ukraine. This report summarises the intermediate findings of the RPTU study "Knowledge Transfer for Resilient Neighbourhood Management in Ukraine", carried out within the project "Strengthening Urban Resilience in the Areas of Supply Infrastructure and Housing in Ukraine (SUR)", commissioned by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH).
