As Head of Digital Transformation, part of Alison’s role is ensuring Legend Corporation have the right technology in place to meet the demands of an increasingly digital world. She brings to the table a unique blend of technology management, marketing and leadership skills developed over a career that included a role with wholesaler Blackwoods as National Manager - Digital Marketing. These skills, and the mindset she is helping to build across our whole business, will be critical in enabling us to deliver our markets the service of the future. We asked Alison what upcoming technological innovation she thinks will dramatically impact the industry. “I think as the industry becomes more aware of the advantages of predictive analytics and personalised digital experiences we will see a dramatic uptake in technologies already available. AI technologies and the ability to recognise and action on patterns of behaviour in crazy smart ways will have the biggest impact on all industries over the next few years.”
