Lenz & Staehelin advised Infracore, a healthcare real estate company headquartered in Fribourg, Switzerland, that owns, develops and manages hospital and clinic properties under long-term leases, in its initial public offering and the listing of its shares on SIX Swiss Exchange. The L&S team was led by Jacques Iffland and Patrick Schärli (corporate and capital markets) and included Héloïse de Jamblinne, Alexandra Vraca, Ilya Skurikhin, Patrick Sattler, Ottavia Cabrini and Manon Schläpfer (all corporate and capital markets), as well as Nathalie Adank (real estate), Anja Affolter Marino and Julia van Heusden (employment) and Kimberly Hundt (tax).
