Our Legal Aid Qld team laced up early this morning to join thousands of others in the Darkness to Daylight Challenge, raising funds for Challenge DV and their vital work to prevent domestic and family violence (DFV). It was moving to see so many people walking, running, and reflecting - to honour the 110 lives lost to DFV last year, support victim-survivors, and call for meaningful change to end DFV. A huge congratulations to Challenge DV for hosting such a powerful and inspiring event - filled with connection, purpose, and a strong message: those impacted by DFV are not alone.
