Data protection just got a lot more expensive to get wrong. 💸 The Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 is now in force — and for most businesses, the biggest change is a dramatic increase in PECR fines. We're talking up to £17.5 million or 4% of global annual turnover. That's the same level as UK GDPR penalties. Marketing emails, cookies, and complaint handling now carry real financial risk.
