We are proud to share the story of Akanksha Sinha (MIA 2019), Senior Consultant at Crowell Global Advisors, where she works at the cutting edge of digital policy — navigating AI governance, cross-border data flows, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity in a space where, as she puts it, there is not a lot of policy precedence on the right way forward. "We do not study data governance, cybersecurity, and AI in isolation. Rather, we understand how these areas work in tandem and proactively shape their impact." From her early days at Invest India, where she worked with 19 state governments on entrepreneurship and innovation policy, to her current role advising multilateral organisations and senior government officials on digital frameworks, Akanksha's career reflects what a public policy education can enable — analytical rigour, subject matter depth, and the confidence to work through problems that don't yet have answers.
