Culture is not built in town halls.   It's not in the values poster on the wall. It's not in the all-hands presentation.   It's built in conversations.   The feedback conversation on a Thursday afternoon. The one-to-one that got pushed back three times. The debrief after a difficult project.   These are the moments where culture is either reinforced or quietly eroded.   CIPD research highlights that management quality is one of the strongest predictors of employee engagement, job satisfaction and willingness to go above and beyond in their role.   Coaching-led managers approach these moments differently.   They listen more deliberately. They ask better questions. They create space for thinking rather than filling it with answers.   And over time, that compounds into something significant.   A culture where people take ownership. Where feedback flows naturally. Where talent stays and develops; rather than stagnating and leaving.   Small shifts in how leaders have conversations create large shifts in how organisations feel to work in.   Where does culture really get built in your organisation? #OrganisationalCulture #LeadershipDevelopment #CoachingCulture #CIPD #PeopleFirst Source: CIPD, The Importance of People Management, 2023
