If you had to pick one operational change that would define the winners over the next few years, what would that be? During #LeadersOfTradeCopenhagen2025 our speakers were asked this exact question. Coming from 3 different backgrounds, they gave us 3 different perspectives: For Mikkel Freiesleben, GM at Wolt, what sets a good organisation apart is being able to #DefineYourKeyCriteria. He argues that one of his biggest enemies is competing KPIs. If you´re able to know what to focus on and scale that correctly throughout your organisation, you will be one of the winners. Radharaman (Rad) Jha, VP Supply Chain and Master Data Management at flaconi GmbH states that: a dynamic shift from automation to #FullAutonomy, #Hyperpersonalisation and the #Agility to be able to adapt, will define success. According to Daniela Hulpus, VP Corporate Strategy at MediaMarktSaturn the winners will be those who master #OmnichannelOrchestration.  Moving from many fragmented offline and online experiences into 1 platform. What have we learnt? Sector context truly shapes strategy. Whether it’s the speed and precision of Q-commerce, the intelligence and autonomy of modern supply chains, or the orchestration of omnichannel retail, each reveals a different path to winning.  But across them all, one theme stands out: the future belongs to retailers that can focus, adapt, and connect every part of their ecosystem around the customer.
