Employee Spotlight We’re excited to highlight Johanny Dipre, a valued member of our Flexible Films team! As a Technical Assurance Technician, Johanny plays an important role in supporting product quality by working closely with multiple departments, especially Production, to help ensure consistent, reliable results. With a background in Industrial Engineering, she brings a strong technical foundation along with a collaborative, team-focused approach. Since joining Layfield, Johanny has grown in both confidence and capability. She’s become more comfortable sharing insights across teams and has developed a deeper understanding of how her work contributes to the final product. What motivates Johanny each day is the opportunity to keep learning, grow professionally, and contribute to the team’s success. What stands out most to her about working at Layfield?
