Her expertise will be pivotal as we set the foundations required to scale our impact. Maggie brings 15 years of experience in organizational design for high-growth environments. From her time at Ubisoft and Dentsu to scaling the Americas at Dialectica from 20 to 400+ employees in 3 years, she has a proven track record of building teams that thrive. A lecturer at HEC Montréal, Maggie leads with authenticity to foster cohesive, purpose-driven teams. We are thrilled to have Maggie on board for this journey!
