To My Fantastic Fives, I still remember the day I got a call from Aagam Jain for an interview. We ended up speaking for hours, and surprisingly, it never felt like an interview—it felt like a genuine conversation. From that moment, I knew Trunexa was going to be a place that felt like home. And here I am today, celebrating five fantastic years of this beautiful journey. I won’t say the journey was always easy. In fact, it came with its fair share of challenges. But those very challenges taught me why staying committed to a startup in its early stage can be one of the most rewarding decisions. Let me share five things I’ve learned in these five incredible years: 1. Opportunity to Explore Everything Startups throw you into the deep end, where you’re expected to wear multiple hats—often for roles you never initially signed up for. While that can be daunting, I chose to view it as an opportunity to constantly learn and grow. And I’m glad I did. 2. Great Mentors Founders at startups aren't just bosses—they’re thinkers, doers, and creators who work beside you. Aagam Jain, thank you for being a mentor who always led with trust and vision, not just instruction. 3. Flexibility and Trust It’s not about clocking hours but about creating impact. The lack of micromanagement here has allowed me to take ownership of my work and build a healthy work-life balance, which has been invaluable. 4. Multitasking and Dynamic Growth No two years—actually, no two months—have looked the same. I’ve constantly shifted gears, taken on diverse roles, and kept learning. That’s the beauty of working in a startup: your job evolves as you do. 5. Leaving Your Own Mark In a startup, you’re not just part of a system—you’re part of building it. I’ve had the chance to contribute ideas, take initiative, and see my work shape the direction of the company. There’s no greater fulfillment than that. Thank you Trunexa and thank you Aagam Jain,Amin Sarvestani for trusting me, guiding me, and giving me the space to do what I love. Here’s to more learning, more creating, and more fantastic years ahead! 🥳 #5yearsworkanniversay #teamtrunexa #celebration #worklife #acheivement #milestone #contribution #work #team #trunexa #financemanager #startup #coreteam
