Opportunity is where the future begins. For us, it means creating paths where people can learn, grow, and step into the professional world. We are proud to receive once again the “Welcome. Working for Refugee Integration” recognition from UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, marking our commitment to refugee inclusion through training and employment. This achievement is closely linked to #ACupofLearning, our free training program that shares coffee culture and helps young people build vital skills for their future, promoted by the Fondazione Lavazza, with the support of the trainers from our Lavazza #TrainingCenter. Since 2017, more than 800 people have taken part in the program across many countries. Our most recent stop was Naples, where eight young people from vulnerable backgrounds trained to become baristas. Because every skill learned can open a new path.
