Lavafields completes the acquisition of Magimix Lavafields Group announced that it has completed the acquisition of the Magimix group from Ardian, which has been its majority shareholder since 2024. The amount of the transaction remains confidential. The transaction was carried out with the support of Wallonie Entreprendre and the Hameur Group, a long-standing shareholder of Magimix, who will continue to support Lavafields in this new chapter of growth and development.
