This week, I had the opportunity to participate in the Data Cloud Incubation Day with Salesforce. 💡 One key takeaway: the true value of data lies in connecting and activating client interactions across channels. 💬 Omnichannel is the art of making every interaction feel like one continuous conversation. 🛍️ In-store and 💻 e-commerce may operate in different worlds, but for the client, it’s one experience.
