CEO of Osteoboost, revolutionizing bone health to promote strength and longevity for patients everywhere

Breaking new ground in women’s health: Osteoboost Health's digital exercise program is proven to significantly reduce fall risk. Proud to share new results presented at The Menopause Society Annual Meeting — our self-guided online program delivered measurable strength and balance gains for women aged 40–89. 👉 https://lnkd.in/gVeCaxxs Key results (n=680):     •    22.8% improvement after one 18-session series     •    41.5% improvement after four series     •    Nearly 80% of women at elevated fall risk improved to average or above-average levels Falls are a major cause of morbidity and mortality, and represent a massive, under-addressed cost in aging and women’s health. Our data show that a scalable, digital, evidence-based intervention can drive real-world impact. At Osteoboost Health, we’re passionate about turning science into action — building accessible solutions that prevent injury, preserve independence, and transform musculoskeletal health. By reducing falls AND improving bone strength, we’re addressing two of the most critical, synergistic factors in our ultimate goal: preventing fractures.
