💡 "The real challenge is not defining a strategy. It's creating the conditions for people to make it their own." That's exactly what brought us together for the second Airbus Helicopters Innovathon, this time in Germany. 👥 55 participants 🎯 20 experts 📅 2 days 🚁 One strategic challenge: supporting a critical ramp-up phase Using Design Thinking methods, we created a space to: 🔹 bring together diverse expertise 🔹 give a voice to both blue-collar and white-collar employees 🔹 address real operational needs 🔹 quickly turn ideas into concrete projects Because innovation is not just a lever for creativity. It's above all a lever for engagement and pride to be part of something bigger! A way to involve teams in transformation and bring strategy to life where it matters most: on the ground. ✨ BONUS ✨ one particular source of pride for me in this project: 🇫🇷 🇩🇪 Leading my first innovation mission in Germany. As a Franco-German consultant, being able to facilitate a project in French, German and English is about much more than language. It's about building bridges between cultures, fostering dialogue and strengthening collective intelligence. 🙏 A huge thank you to the Airbus Helicopters teams for their trust on this 2nd experience, especially Mathilde Cameliere Augustin Courau Jennifer Hahn. 🤝 And thank you to Caroline Degroote and Sarah Neumann, my trusted partners on this mission, whose complementary expertise played a key role in its success. 💭 And you, how do you create the conditions for people to take ownership of change in your organization? 🇩🇪 Deutsche Version im ersten Kommentar. #Innovation #DesignThinking #Transformation #CollectiveIntelligence #Leadership #AirbusHelicopters
