TA Lead @ JUPUS | GTM hiring & scaling
The business case is clear. Revenue potential validated. Customers identified โ maybe even lined up ๐ฐ๐ฑ ๐ฅ๐ฆ ๐ธ๐ข๐ค๐ฉ๐ต๐ญ๐ช๐ซ๐ด๐ต. Competition analysed - you stand out. Pricing works in the local market. Investment risk is calculated, not guessed. You know how much youโre willing to spend. You know how long you can afford not to be profitable. You know which roles you really need โ and which ones can wait. The legal entity is set up. Payroll, contracts, benefits are aligned with local standards. Roles, responsibilities and decision rights are clear โ HQ vs. local. Your future team speaks two or three languages. Leadership understands how Germany And yes โ even the laptops with รค, รถ and รผ are already ordered. Thatโs the ideal benchmark. Now the honest part. This never happens. Expansion usually starts with momentum, pressure and open questions. Hiring begins before clarity exists. Structures are built while results are already expected. Dutch pragmatism meets German systems โ often without a translator in between. Thatโs not wrong. Itโs just reality. If you want to move faster โ and make fewer expensive detours โ talk to locals who know the shortcuts and the traps. Thatโs exactly where I work. #GermanyExpansion #MarketEntry #ScalingInternationally #NLDE #Leadership #Talent
