I wasn’t expecting a kids’ book to give me a grown-up breakthrough but… While cleaning out a bookshelf, I stumbled on an old favorite: We’re Going on a Bear Hunt by Michael Rosen. My kids adored it at bedtime, and just holding it brought the words rushing back: “We can’t go over it. We can’t go under it… Oh no—we’ve got to go through it!” It made me stop and wonder: "Why does that simple mantra still work? This week’s Intentional Iteration newsletter unpacks a bit of the science behind what this classic teaches us about: ✅ Naming our challenges ✅ Staying present ✅ Managing fear ✅ Choosing intentional action 🧠 It’s bedtime story meets brain science—and yes, there’s a bear 🐻 . 💬 Ever find that when you look at something with fresh eyes-- like maybe a long forgotten children's book -- that it can give you a whole new perspective? 🤔 #IntentionalIteration #GrowthMindset #LeadershipDevelopment #Resilience #PersonalGrowth #SheSaidSheSaidPodcast
