VP, Head of Global Corporate Public Affairs and Policy at Sanofi
Change is the only constant—and one of the forces that helps us grow, adapt, and move forward. As I say farewell to Sanofi, I look back with deep pride on an extraordinary journey—one defined by transformation: of the company, of our Public Affairs function, and of the complex geopolitical environment we navigated together. In that spirit, we proved that the whole is truly greater than the sum of its parts. Across global and country teams, we built one unified Public Affairs/CA capability, shaped a cohesive external engagement agenda, and delivered tangible progress in expanding sustainable access to innovation. We brought patient engagement to life—reflected in Sanofi’s Patient Charter—strengthened in-country collaborations to advance global health, and pushed forward a more inclusive vision for healthcare. My heart will always remain with colleagues in countries around the world who made this possible. I am profoundly grateful for your trust, your partnership, and your belief in what we could achieve together. To my team, the CALT, my colleagues, the partners I worked with every day and the many I cannot name individually: keep striving to go—further and higher. I will carry that same spirit into my next chapter. And I will miss you more than words can say.
