Additional evidence Canada is unraveling and there is no one to protect you, no one to call. Just yesterday, during an apocalyptic storm event — not the first or the last — I had to reiterate this point to my adult son. Lights out all over the city; accidents waiting to happen because no one knows how to drive: apparently the new rule when roadway lights are out it means no stopping and drive at any speed you wish — basically the roadways become death traps. No non-emergency police or police lines available. No police available. Trees fallen on vehicles. Motorcycle down — fatality? The issue: no emergency responders because a single emergency preoccupied every single emergency responder: police, fire ambulance: an apocalyptic event paralyzed our city…there was no one and I can’t imagine how long the wait lines were. My advice: after 6 pm, shelter in place every single day because no one is coming to save you. Learn to save yourself‼️
