Today marks the start of a new chapter. After an incredible 45+ year journey, CC Pace has been acquired by Mitchell Martin Inc. as of today. I’m grateful for the clients, consultants, partners, and team members who have been part of the CC Pace story. The relationships we’ve built over the years mean a great deal to me, and they will continue to be at the center of how we do business. With Mitchell Martin, we’ll have more ways to support our clients and consultants, including custom, role-specific AI-based testing, expanded recruiting resources, operations in Canada and India, and access to a broader network of trusted talent. What remains the same is what has always mattered most: relationships, responsiveness, and doing right by people.
