Me + two old friends + Paris = Bliss! ♥️ Laughter, crying, dancing, hugging, exploring, champagne & pastries. ♥️ Late nights and long chats about life, love and the kind of freedom we built our businesses for. ♥️ One of them was my beautiful friend Jessie Laute. Jessie is a highly skilled breath-work facilitator helping leaders, teams and founders move from stress to clarity through the power of the breath. Based in London and working globally, Jessie delivers dynamic workshops, 1:1 coaching and corporate training that bring science, soul and transformation together! Watching her do work that changes lives makes me so proud (and also very aware that I don’t breathe nearly enough!). We didn’t start businesses to be busier. We started so we could live.
