Growth isn't usually the result of one big decision. More often, it's the outcome of hundreds of small decisions made consistently over time. In a recent interview with Authority Magazine, our Vice President, Brittany Houser, shared some of the lessons she's learned during her 13+ years at Launch 3 Telecom — from starting as an intern to helping lead multiple areas of the business today. One point that stood out to us: š—§š—µš—² š˜€š˜š—暝—¼š—»š—“š—²š˜€š˜ š—暝—²š˜€š˜‚š—¹š˜š˜€ š—µš—®š—½š—½š—²š—» š˜„š—µš—²š—» š—²š˜ƒš—²š—暝˜†š—¼š—»š—² š—¶š˜€ š—ŗš—¼š˜ƒš—¶š—»š—“ š˜š—¼š˜„š—®š—暝—± š˜š—µš—² š˜€š—®š—ŗš—² š—“š—¼š—®š—¹. Real growth doesn't come from sales, operations, logistics, or marketing working independently. It happens when teams stay aligned, communicate well, and execute together. Brittany also talked about the importance of staying close to the day-to-day business, hiring the right people, making decisions based on data, and never sacrificing customer trust for short-term wins. Those principles have helped shape how we've grown over the years, and they're just as important today as they were when we started. Thanks to Authority Magazine for the opportunity to share Brittany's story and perspective. šŸ’¬ What lesson has had the biggest impact on your professional growth? #Telecom #Leadership #BusinessGrowth #Infrastructure #Teamwork
