When we set out to create a new brand positioning for our longtime partner, the 104-year-old The Master Lock Company brand, our responsibility to guide the future of the brands we work with never felt greater. In many ways, it was similar to the responsibility Master Lock’s customers feel to the things they value the most. Because in most cases, those things aren’t things at all.
