We are thrilled to announce that we are working with Alliance Healing Technologies (AHT) on a strategic project centered around the licensing/divestiture of their groundbreaking wound care product, the Acutarex PDR 60 Healing System. This is the only commercially available, FDA 510(k)-cleared wound care product that actively promotes tissue growth and restores balance at the cellular level for chronic wound patients. The product improves wound care efficacy and significantly reduces patient recovery time from >90 to <60 days; thereby freeing up hospital capacity, reducing doctor visits and insurance payouts, reducing follow-on complications, and lowering costs to individual patients.   The global wound care market is currently valued at nearly $25 billion, and more specifically, the global advanced wound care dressing market is valued at nearly $4 billion (USD) annually.
