I’m usually more of a reader than a poster on LinkedIn, so this feels like the right moment to make an exception: I’m taking over the leadership of Accenture Song in Central Eastern Europe from Roland Mayr. Roland has built and shaped Song over the past years, turning the ambition of bringing diverse capabilities together into a real, functioning business. Thank you, Roland, for the journey. It was worth every mile. I’m glad you will continue your path in your new global industry role, and I’m sure it will be just as formative. For us at Song, the direction remains clear: bringing creativity, technology and data together to create growth that matters. But no time to rest: the world is moving fast, and with that, expectations are shifting rapidly (again). How customers discover, evaluate and engage with brands is being reshaped in real time. Value is moving from generic approaches towards flexible, brand- and industry-specific, AI-enabled solutions. And while many conversations still focus on faster content, cheaper operations and more automation, I believe the real opportunity goes further. The next phase is about orchestrating experiences that actually work across marketing, commerce, sales and service. It is about building better digital products. And shaping new business models around them. That‘s the shift we are focused on at Accenture Song: not just thinking end-to-end, but making end-to-end work.
