One thing I’ve been thinking about is how often improvement initiatives focus on the solution rather than the people who will ultimately make that solution work. Processes, systems, KPIs, and tools are all important. But even the best solution can struggle if people don’t understand the purpose behind it, haven’t been involved, or simply don’t see the value it brings to their day-to-day work. For me, it’s a good reminder that Operational Excellence isn’t only about improving processes. It’s also about creating the conditions for people to engage, contribute, and sustain those improvements over time. #OperationalExcellence #LeanThinking #Manufacturing #Leadership #ChangeManagement
