Why do you only work with women? Because it doesn't make sense... So... I don't. It would be like trying to carry a piano with one other person. And anyone who ever carried a piano knows it is a team effort. ... Although I put a lot of focus on the importance of women actively participating in business, in media, in science, in politics, in arts, in leadership in general... I do not work exclusively with women. I simply don't think this is how the world works. I work with those individuals who want to take that next step...push boundaries, make a difference. Women, men, others. So this time, I have a strong desire to say a huge thank you to some of the spectacular men I have closely worked with this year - as a board member, coach, mentor, advisor, trainer.
