Some news I've been sitting on for a while because it does still feel a little surreal but... I’m incredibly excited to share that a few weeks ago I was selected to become part of Cohort 9 of Conception X 🚀 For those who don’t know, Conception X is a venture programme that helps PhD researchers harness their skills in order to create real startups. Over the past five years, I’ve spent countless hours immersed in research, asking questions about how science can push boundaries. But, how do we translate these research principles and innovations beyond academia to produce tangible real-world impact? Being part of Cohort 9 means I now get to take that leap, beginning the journey of building a company alongside an incredible group of researchers, mentors, and investors.
