🍇 Alcohol-Free Wine Is Scaling — Fast A new regional de-alcoholization center in Germany from Winzergemeinschaft Franken eG shows how quickly the alcohol-free wine segment is industrializing. By enabling wineries to remove alcohol locally, this shared facility lowers barriers to entry and supports growing demand for #non-alcoholic #wines. But there’s a catch: 👉 Removing alcohol also removes a key factor for microbiological stability. As production scales, ensuring safety and shelf life becomes critical. At this new facility, this challenge is addressed by integrating #Velcorin® into the process — supporting microbiological stability while maintaining product quality.
