Great to be at PROPAK Asia 2026 in Bangkok, kindly supported by the @Thai Beverage Association! Today, Dr. Michael Dahmen delivered a presentation on “Extending Shelf Life in Hot Climate Markets – Velcorin® Cold Sterilization Solution for Functional Beverage Preservation”. A strong focus was placed on the unique challenges beverage producers face in hot climate regions 🌡️ – and how cold sterilization technologies like Velcorin can help extend shelf life while maintaining product quality, safety, and taste integrity. It was great to see the high level of interest and the valuable discussions around innovative preservation solutions for the fast-growing functional beverage segment in Asia.
