Every week, Mandy Resmondo connects with people navigating a job transition, some for the first time in years.   Here is what she tells them: Being in transition can feel uncomfortable, but it's often one of the few times in your career when you have the opportunity to intentionally choose your next chapter instead of simply accepting the next job. Create your story of not only where you’ve been, but where you’re going in your career and share that with potential employers. A job search is rarely about finding the perfect opportunity. It's about finding the right intersection of purpose, people, growth, and timing. Networking should be a top priority, even before you’re in transition. It isn't asking people for a job. It's building relationships before you need them and creating advocates who can open doors you may never find on your own. Be intentional with your job search. The strongest candidates don't chase every opportunity. They get crystal clear on what they want, communicate it consistently, and go after the roles that fit their specific criteria.  Ready to start your next journey? https://lnkd.in/euJCxbHj
