With the change from an industrial to a service society, the demand on the qualitative values of the city is changing in terms of urban development, ecology, society and culture. The design of the open landscape spaces of "Dreiländergalerie" in Weil am Rhein has the key role of rethinking urban development by focusing on people and nature, intercepting and respecting common needs, anticipating the direction of a new sustainable real estate asset. The project considers the transformation in act and aims to create a new experience of shopping mall, which is related to the urban development.
