🌟 Volunteers’ Week spotlight: Roger’s story For Roger, volunteering is about giving something back. Based in the Rosemere Coffee Shop at Royal Preston Hospital, Roger spends his time chatting with patients and offering a friendly face - something he knows can mean a lot during difficult times. 💬 “Just being there to chat or offer some comfort can make a real difference.” Inspired by his own family’s experience of care, Roger has become a familiar and valued part of the team.
