Khalil brings more than 20 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, with a strong track record in leading complex EPC projects and operational delivery across the MENA region. Since joining Lamprell in 2021, he has played an important role in strategic planning, financial and operational management, business development and stakeholder engagement. His appointment supports Lamprell’s growing presence in Iraq and the continued development of our in-country capabilities. Under Khalil’s leadership, we aim to strengthen our position as a trusted contractor for national oil companies, their international oil company partners and other key stakeholders. As we establish our local presence, our focus is on supporting Iraq’s energy sector through local capability, technical expertise and proven project delivery experience.
