Lalamove's Milestone in Developing Low-altitude Economy We are proud to share our recent drone delivery milestone event under the Low-Altitude Economy (#LAE) Regulatory Sandbox in Hong Kong, officiated by Mr. LIU Chun San, Under Secretary for Transport and Logistics, Mr. Kevin Choi, Permanent Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry, and other distinguished guests. We are particularly motivated by Mr. LIU's speech, which outlined his encouraging remarks and validation of our ongoing efforts turning cutting-edge innovation into day-to-day business solutions. Our COO, Paul Loo, highlighted our vision to make drone delivery an accessible service that could address SMEs' logistics pain points and be "seen and touched" by the public. Building on the encouraging results over the past year, Lalamove stands ready to extend the service to other regions like outlying islands and Northern Metropolis in the long run, with a view to serving the remote communities and ultimately bringing low-altitude economy to our international markets. The guests also witnessed our drone delivering Lalamove's souvenir vans from Science Park to Tai Po InnoPark, indicating the successful implementation of our "vehicles+drones" solution. Partnering with Future Yixin Aviation Technology Limited, Lalamove has completed over 200 sucessful drone delivery flights over the Tolo Harbour, including flying across multiple buildings and landing at the rooftop of Tai Po InnoPark MARS Centre. Compared to land transport, drone delivery enhanced the efficiency by nearly 60%, while per-delivery costs has been reduced by up to 40%. Beyond remarkable efficiency, the system has proven to be safe, even in challenging weather conditions. Thanks to Legislative Council Members Hon Ben Chan, Hon Duncan Chiu, Hon Chan Siu-hung, and Hon Lothair Lam, and HKSTP CEO Mr Terry Wong for joining hands with Lalamove in witnessing this milestone event together.
